Oil Of Wintergreen Overdose
Is there any brand in market that sells b-carotine derived vitamin A, instead of fish oil derived vitamin A? Fish oil gives me anxiety.
No,but not necessary: I'm not aware of any preformed Vit A supps from vegan sources, but this isn't necessary as we can convert beta carotene to Vit A. Some people do this more efficiently than others but everyone does it to some degree so if you eat enough food rich in beta carotene or take it as a supp. you'll get adequate A. Dairy also contains A.Even if fish oil gives anxiety,A derived from fish oil probably won't. ...Read more
What is use of tablets containing bee pollen, granular, honey, stearic acid, silica and royal jelly?
Unknown Supplement: This is definitely not a prescribed medication. It has nothing in the ingredients list that would have any medical or health benefit. It is probably one of the thousands of fraudulent products designed by herbal or 'supplement' factories to sell to gullible humans. ...Read more
Much debated: There are many claims regarding the beneficial effects of fish oils, but there are few randomized blinded clinical trials testing these observational claims. Fish oils lower triglycerides, and are indicated to do so, so as to prevent pancreatitis , however no studies support this recommendation. Coconut oil i've read conflicting reports on the benefits or harm of coconut oil in the diet. Is non-hydrogenated okay or is any coconut oil dangerous? Guess i'm looking for further opinions.
Just : Just like everything else, there are pros and cons to taking coconut oil. Pro’s: it works well as a hair conditioner and as a skin moisturizer. It contains lauric acid which is antimicrobial. It is used in some cultures for wound care and for viruses. After drinking coconut oil some people feel full and it helps to suppress their hunger. There are many, many other conditions that it is puported to treat that have not been scientifically demonstrated at this time. Con’s: people who ingest a couple of tablespoons of coconut oil per day have a high incidence of nausea and vomiting. Coconut oil has the highest saturated fat content of all oils. One tablespoon of coconut oil contains more than 13 grams of fat. This could seriously impact your cholesterol levels. Because of the saturated fat content, this may not be the wonder solution that is purported. It sounds like it may work well for wrinkles, dry skin and split ends without detrimental impacts. ...Read more

Is taking 1g of fish oil omega-3 similar to taking 1g of chia seed's omega-3 as both are called omega-3 ?
Uncertain: I googled chia seed's fish oil and discovered that there are many formulations so i can't really answer your question. What you really want is about 900 mg of dha (a type of fish oil) so i advise you carefully read the label. The problem is that many herbal supplements really don't tell you what you're getting. You should also be aware that fish oil is not proven to be beneficial. ...Read more
