Call your doctor: That was incredible trauma that you experienced. If you fell down hitting your head against a heater, that is going to cause traumatic vector forces through your head. Usually you're going to feel it sooner, or later. Since you're feeling it now, you need to contact your doctor, so that they can prescribe something for you, and instruct you to go to the er for further work up. ...Read more

Pain in ear neck dr gave antibiotic shot in office & prescribed 10 day antibiotic. It's been about a week & I'm not better pain in entire body & neck ?

Otitis media?: This sounds like otitis media, an infection behind the eardrum. It often requires additional treatment, or a different antibiotic, or sometimes drainage of fluid building up behind the eardrum. You should return to the doctor treating you.
