Off Balance Feeling For A Few Months
Past few days, dizzy, loss of balance, ear ringing (one day) a few weeks back eye twitch for a few weeks, dad had severe vertigo about a year back?
My period has been irregular for over a year. Spotting for a few weeks then it leaves for a few weeks then comes back. Confused . And scared . :(?
I've had short dizzy spells lasting only a few secs at a time. Also a little nauseous. .and off balance. 30yrs and diabetic and hbpressuure.

Go see a doctor: You should talk this over with a doctor who can do an exam and probably order some tests. Maybe it's a virus that you picked up, maybe you have gastritis, it's hard to know without further testing. If you are losing weight, that's a problem. IT IS A COMMON: MISCONCEPTION that the major symptom of a brain tumor is HEADACHE...this only occurs with larger tumors (and OTHER symptoms are much more common plus NEUROLOGIC changes occur before headache per se) It is also COMMON SENSE that (as you point out) the headaches from such tumors do not "go away"! A few weeks ago I had for 5 days straight strong headaches, I felt dizzy every time I got up from sitting or laying down, and even lost balance.
