Confusion: I have answered this question may times. The paranasal sinuses are air-containing spaces in the face and head. As such, they are not related to or cause balance disorders. Most of the symptoms: are "normal" for vertigo, but Vertigo itself isn't "normal'. I don't usually find "stiff neck" as a symptom unless it's your body's natural attempt to lessen the symptoms.
