OCP won't help: Your period may come back in the next month. Ocps stop ovulation. You can get prego without a period first but need to ovulate to conceive. If you're still not ovulating some blood work and an ultrasound is needed to find out why - could be pcos, thyroid or prolactin hormone problems, low hormone levels, or low ovarian reserve. You may need pills like Clomid or Letrozole to help you ovulate again. ...Read more
