I have an allergic reaction (nasal congestion, sneezing) after swimming in fresh water (lake or river) when water gets into my nose/eyes, but not in the ocean. What can I do to reduce avoid a reaction, but still be able to swim?
After I irrigate my sinuses with ocean complete, my nose sometimes feels more stuffy than before I irrigated. Why? Am I doing something wrong?
