Likely yes: If you have decreased blood flow in critical areas, this can create problems with awareness, but I am more concerned about ongoing "gaps in time" which may well be post-stroke seizure activity, which definitely needs attention and treatment. If you are having trouble swallowing the tablet, place it under your tongue. Aspirin is quite bitter! Many stroke victims, especially those with facial droop have difficulty swallowing.
