I would: See a foot doctor. The question is are the lumps or bumps really on the tendon or in the subcutaneous tissues.....either way you should be examined, much easier to make a diagnosis like that in person... Which toe?: We don't get too concerned about injuries to the little toe because it's just not that important. The big toe however is a different story. Your description sounds like the pain is fairly minor. Usually a broken bone results in a lot of swelling + a lot of pain. It would be safe to watch and wait for a few days. You have multiple : Issues going on hat may not be related at all and you really should go to he doctor to be evaluated.
