I've been having pain & tingling in my right big toe. I'll get tingling on the outside of my right leg also occasionally but the toe is almost consta?

I have a slight tingling in the very tips of my toes that comes and goes. Could this be because i went from being active to being inactive?
Maybe: Depends what you mean by "active". Increasing stresses on any part of the body can lead to injury, so if you're now on your toes a lot, then it could lead to injury and maybe symptoms of tingling.
