Suggestions: You likely have an intermittent nerve compression over the lower brachial plexus and your elevation of limb causes more nerve compression. Maybe: If I were you I would want to know why this was occurring.It could be a variety of causes,one being something called Raynaud's phenomenon.There could also be a nerve impingement farther up in your arm(s) that would be concerning if it were occurring out of the blue.It may be something benign,but I would advise to see your doc and investigate it further to make sure nothing more serious is going on ...Read more
My little and adjacent fingers have gone from tingling last week to now being painful. What is wrong, what can I do?
Ulnar nerve: It sounds like you may have a problem with your ulnar nerve. This nerve can get impinged if you are putting too much pressure not eh nerve - this usually happens by putting to much pressure on elbow. Many causes: If both hands at once, can be hyperventilation (breathing too fast when anxious), low blood pressure, alcohol abuse, diabetes, and other nerve diseases (neuropathies).
