Pain: Pain in the eye like you described can be caused by dry eyes or by misdirected eye lashes. Try artificial tears first. You can buy artificial tears over the counter. If eye drops do not help, then you should see an eye doctor who will use a microscope to determine the cause of your eye pain. If there is a misdirected lash, your eye doctor can remove it.See 1 more doctor answer
Frequent sinus headaches, occasional sharp pain in right ear, feels like something in right eye, pain in jaw and back of head/neck. What is this?
See your Dentist: You need to see a dentist or oral surgeon immediately. Without radiographs and a physical exam, it is impossible to say what is causing this pain. You could have one of the following issues: impacted wisdom tooth, infected tooth, sinus infection, fractured jaw, neuralgia, or a tumor. It sounds like a tooth issue, but your dentist can help diagnosos your problem.See 1 more doctor answer
No way to tell: Your need an ophthalmic eye exam to evaluate this. Not enough information to tell.
Scratch?: You may have a scratched cornea, an abrasion, or even a foreign body, all of which would not just be "flushed" out with water or an eye irrigant. It is best for you to have a quick care MD check out your eyes (after hours I presume) and they can tell you what's going on. If the doctor needs an ophthalmologist to see you, arrangements can be made. Good luck.

What causes pain above eye, sharp pain going up back of head and neck pain and occasionally facial irritation, had cervical MRI deg disc dis bone spur?
Neck vs Head: This could be occipital neuralgia where the pain originates from the occipital nerves in the back of the head and travel over the top to right above the eye. The other option would be that this could be coming from your neck due to the high cervical facets at c2/3 and c3/4. The nerves exiting this area can wrap around back of head and attach to the same place as occipital nerves.

Occasional dizziness for 5 seconds after standing up, followed by ringing in ear and a sharp pain on my top right side of my head. Should I see a doc?
Dizziness: Yes, you should see a doctor. The dizziness could be from standing up too quickly and a drop in your blood pressure, but could be a sign of other issues, which need to be more thoroughly evaluated. The ringing in the ear and pain that you described may be an associated symptom but also needs further exploration.

Dry eye syndrome: Commonly can be a culprit for occasional sharp pains felt on the eye. When the corneal epithelium (top layer of the cornea) becomes desiccated from excessive drying, the corneal nerves can become sensitized giving one the sensation you describe. Of course other vision threatening ocular diseases can cause this problem and you should be evaluated by your ophthalmologist for definitive diagnosis.
