Less alcohol. The dark color of your urine is likely due to dehydration and your alcohol intake is at least partly to blame for that.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Orange urine can be from liver failure and it may be possible for a carcinoid in the liver or bowel to affect this, but there usually would be other symptoms as well.
