Lower left back pain 24 hrs. Radiates to lower left abdomine and occasionally groin. Pain scale it's a 6. Worse with movement. What is going on?
Kidney related?: Do you have any burning when you pass urine? Any fever or chills if so it could be kidney related, if you did any thing exremely strenuous, it is possible that pain could be related to your back muscle or disc but given you age unlikely. Could indicate DJD: Groin pain is usually indicative of further degenerative changes in the hip. If you have a hemiarthroplasty (femur only), it could mean that you have further changes in the socket (acetabulum). If you have a total hip replacement it could have sign of loosening.
