Occasional Fecal Urgency
Soft stools that come out in 1 piece or a few smaller pieces, look like number 4 on stool chart, sometimes fecal urgency, no blood, no pain, several years now, go avg 3 times a day. 22 yr old male?

Can Overactive Bladder cause: constant feeling of urgency doesnt go away? occasional split stream urination?
Yes - see comments: Urgency suggests overactive bladder(OAB). However split stream suggest bladder outlet obstruction(BOO). Causes of BOO include BPH, urethral stricture, primary bladder neck obstruction, bladder neck contracture. It is common for BOO to cause OAB. BPH is present in only 8% of 30-40 year old men, so it's quite possible you don't have BOO, or have one of the other causes see http://bit.ly/1wHjHAy ...Read more
