Need to plot growth: As a parent it can be very scary and feeling like your child's numbers are a test in your parenting. Generally we like to know trends and not absolutes. Take a look at this link and see if your son follows his curve.
Typically if kids are in the middle of the curve and follow it, we don't worry.
