Growth: It is possible that your 3 days a week for 9 months slowed down your height and weight, but you more than likely have grown at least a bit. Relax and enjoy. Don't worry: Overweight or gynecomastia are not associated with small penis size. The good news is that you can lose weight more easily while a young adult. The critical points are to restrict your calorie intake to under 1600 per day. Restricting carbohydrates make it easier to hit that calorie target.
