Fats are fats, so saturated fats have the same number of calories as non-saturated fats. Substituting one fat for another fat won't change obesity. No: Lack of fiber is bad for your digestive system. Fiber can be found in fruits, vegetables & whole grains. Juices do not typically contain fiber.
