What can cause vaginal itching in the area above the clitoris/pubic bone area? Pcp said was yeast used (nystatin, triamcinolone) w no luck.
Use petroleum jelly.: At age 30, yeast (candida) would be at the top of my list, however contact dermatitis from soaps, lubricants, spermicides, reaction to detergents (used to wash clothing) to the medication given itself can cause itching.
