False neg for what?: Most people are not usually concerned about false negative results. The exception being the people who are prescribed a medication and rather than taking it, are selling it on the street.

Not sure: Not sure why you need a drug test but this only has dextromethorphan, acetaminophen, and doxylamine. These are not restricted products and while they may be in urine should not show any red flags that I am aware of. It depends on why you are having the test as to whether you get another.
