Apart from healthy eating,to gain more nutrition-good idea to make hot chocolate with nutritionally rich cocoa powder, vanilla extract & stevia daily?

Sounds good: So good, in fact, that if this is what you want to drink, drink it and don't even worry whether this is our idea of a perfect ideal beverage choice. If you are healthy, just staying physically fit is much more important than obsessing over food choices. I would bet you know this already. Enjoy the chocolate. ...Read more

Is monk fruit extract (monk fruit in the raw) a healthy sweetener to add to my coffee?

Probably Acceptable: Monk Fruit In The Raw® is a zero-calorie sweetener made from monk fruit, a vine-ripened fruit native to Asia. Hw many colries in brown bread with honey?

Hw many colries in brown bread with honey?

Bad Calories: This is impossible to answer for you. There are so many variables such as size and thickness of the bread, the ingredients used to make the bread and then how much honey is on the bread. But, you must realize that this is a very unhealthy food item. It is nearly 100% carbohydrate or sugar calories. Is all sugar bad? E.g. Sugar in fresh fruit, or sugar in raw honey. Liver load in mind not so much weight loss. How much a day including from fruit ?

Low-glycemic fruitOK: Good question. Some fruit has much more sugar than others. Small fruits where you eat the peel have many health benefits (berries, cherries, grapes, apples) & don't increase blood sugar much, but tropical fruits/melons should be limited. Honey in moderation also has health benefits-as a sweetener better than sugar but don't eat for health! See http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/264667.php ...Read more

Respected doctors which natural foods, recipes, nuts , vegetables and fruits helps to improve the quality of sperms in me? I am 53years old

Thanks for asking!: Perhaps the best answer is that a 'heart-healthy' diet and lifestyle is best: plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, fish, poultry, legumes, nuts, brown rice and seeds. Avoid junk food, processed foot and foods high saturated fat and daily exercise. There are a number of vitamins, minerals, and various supplements that have been recommended but not supported by good evidence or research. ...Read more

I've read that 1tblsp honey and 1tblsp cinnamon w/cup of hot water has many health benefits. Is this true?

It depends: I doubt you'll find scientific evidence as to the health benefits. That doesn't mean it is hype. A lack of evidence doesn't exclude the possibility of significant benefit. I find it best to have supplements tailored to the individual. In the U.S. naturopaths are often the best bet. If you have access to a good herbalist & I have a bias toward Chinese Medicine. (Cinnamon commonly used) ...Read more
