Apart from healthy eating,to gain more nutrition-good idea to make hot chocolate with nutritionally rich cocoa powder, vanilla extract & stevia daily?
Sounds good: So good, in fact, that if this is what you want to drink, drink it and don't even worry whether this is our idea of a perfect ideal beverage choice. Is all sugar bad? E.g. Sugar in fresh fruit, or sugar in raw honey. Liver load in mind not so much weight loss. How much a day including from fruit ?
Low-glycemic fruitOK: Good question. Some fruit has much more sugar than others. Small fruits where you eat the peel have many health benefits (berries, cherries, grapes, apples) & don't increase blood sugar much, but tropical fruits/melons should be limited. Honey in moderation also has health benefits-as a sweetener better than sugar but don't eat for health! See http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/264667.php ...Read more

I've read that 1tblsp honey and 1tblsp cinnamon w/cup of hot water has many health benefits. Is this true?
