Go to nutritionist: I don't know who "they" are who say you don't need to but it seems reasonable for you to see a nutritionist. There are many possible reasons you may not feel good so you should also see a Dr. for overall assessment, but you may have vitamin or mineral deficiencies or be eating foods you are sensitive to.
