When to worry about consistent headache (temple) (48 hrs). New diet 1200 calories, healthy. Drinking lots of water. Off lots of coffee for 2 months.
Low blood sugar?: 1200 calories is less than most adults' basal metabolic rate, thus low blood sugar could cause this headache. Caffeine withdrawal usually occurs within 6-24 hours of quitting it, so 2 months is too far out for that explanation. Bruxism (teeth grinding), sleep apnea, stress, or other causes of sleep deprivation could also present like this. Just to add: If the 'obsessed' and phobia are truly upsetting, work with a therapist on developing healthier thoughts about these issues and developing some counters for upsetting thoughts may be helpful.
