Social development: I would never recommend that you worry, since it is a wasted emotion. However, your child's development is not normal. Her ability to sing rhymes paired with poor social interaction warrants a developmental evaluation for disorders like autism. Rest it: If it is not getting better then you are probably doing too much lifting. I had the same thing and it took months to heal.
