Could be your jaw: To move the jaw joint you have huge muscles on the side of your head that often times can become irritated and inflamed. When irritated they can cause inflammation of nerves leading to numbness as well as pressure and pain. I recommend that you try a completely soft diet, anti-inflammatories as well as ice to the side of your head for 20 minutes four times a day. Consult cardiologis: Transient numbness on the top of head could be due to something to do with blood circulation or postural nerve gets pinched if you have neck problem. since you have hypotension and prinzmetal angina which may be the reason .Discuss with cardiologist and get investigated and treatment to get relief from this problem ...Read more

Any exposure to HZV?: I a healthy person these symptoms may be a result of an infection with hzv even if no blisters show up. Another cause is pulling of the aponeurosis between fronatlis corrugator muscles and the semispinalis capitis muscles. It would not be a bad idea to get a CBC and fbs. Ct will not show any thing, this is probable a benign condition prone to disappear by itself. ...Read more

Probably benign: Most likely your left occipital nerve to the back of your head isn't working well, usually temporary, verapamil, occasionally used for migraine or migraine variant, has nothing to do with your symptoms. If you have a history of neck problems, occipital neuralgia is frequently associated. If you are having headache, this may still be true but other things would need to be considered also. ...Read more
