Keep a diary: Do you also experience hearing or visual changes, or sensory or movement changes in your extremities? If so, then you need an in-person checkup. But probably you don't, & are likely OK. The symptoms are non specific but could be sinus inflammation, migraine, tension headaches. Numbness is not a symptom of sinus infection. Pain in the back of the neck is not a symptom of sinus disease. All these symptoms together could be related to muscle hyperactivity (pain in the back of head and neck.)
