Multifactorial: See neurologist to rule out fibromyalgia. See ENT to check your vestibular function. Your pcp can run lab tests to rule out exidental chronic poisoning or vitamins deficiency or cardiac arrhithmias. Pinched nerve?: You may have a nerve that's being impinged (pinched or pressed on) by a piece of one of the discs. If you are having these symptoms, you will likely need an MRI of your neck to determine the extent of the disc problem.
