Is: Is sounds as if this a long span bridge that is failing. In my opinion, without seeing films and the situation, it does sound as if it might be a better option to consider placing implants in the areas with the missing teeth and perhaps place a single crown on #11. This may provide a much longer lasting and stronger solution. The costs are hard to say without seeing you. It is usually a little higher than doing a bridge.
