The blocked side doesn't have fluid accumulated in it as this can drain into the uterus and be toxic to embryos from the good side 3. I am on follistim for IUI. Does the dose have to change each cycle if 1-3 follicles are produced and estradiol is increasing appropriately. ?
No it doesn't have t: but it definitely could, if you see the difference. you might go through 3-4 cycles without ever changing a dose (if the US and E2 support that,) or you might change doses several times in each cycle.
