Does hfcs increase visceral fat? I read in a princeton study that rats fed the same number of calories, but hfcs in one caused much more weight gain.
My weight fluctuates. Mon it said one number andby thurs it was 9lbs heavier. Am i retaining fluid? Could it be scale? Now I am 6lbs heavier than mon.
