Many Things: This can mean any number of things. Sometimes pH changes can cause this and other times it is related to labial swelling. Ask your provider the next time you have an appointment.

Belly button: The skin can be stretched with the advancing pregnancy which can also stretch nerves. This is temporary. And yes, it is normal.
Yes: Waxing should have no affect on the pregnancy.
No known food causes: Cleft lip occurs when left, right, and upper parts of the lip do not fuse properly in an embryo. No foods are known to cause it. Maternal smoking and alcohol/drug abuse increase the chances of a cleft. Cleft lip runs in some families, but can also happen in a variety of genetic mutations. It occurs least in africans (<1 in 1000 births) and most in oriental asians and native americans (3-4/1000).See 1 more doctor answer
I had a C-section 3 months a go. Since then (never during pregnancy) having slight tingling and numbness in both hands. Worst in cold?
Vascular problem: Normally numbness during or following pregnancy is related to water retention and pressure building within the carpal tunnel causing carpal tunnel syndrome. However, sometime a vascular problem know as raynauds disease, which is a vasospasm triggered by cold temperatures can cause blanching of a digit associated with numbness and pain. A good exam and an EMG study will help provide an answer.
Carpal tunnel: Fluid changes during pregnancy can produce nerve compression at the wrist c/w cts, which is benign and usually is gone a few days after l & d. Persistent numbness could be associated with nerve pinching at the elbow, disc problems in the neck, thoracic outlet syndrome. But rarely left arm problems can be heart associated (quite unusual at your age.).
Is home ipl (phillips) treatment for facial hair removal (upper lip only) safe during pregnancy? Is it permanent?
Hair Removal: I do not feel there is any home unit for hair removal that is either permanent or effective. The lasers that we use in the office is tremendously more powerful and at one talk I was at, the expert said that the amount of laser light you get from the home units is no more than a simple laser pointer!
Yes: Olive oil should have no effect on your pregnancy.
Is a salty taste in the mouth normal during pregnancy? What can be done to reduce the taste of salt in the mouth during pregnancy?
LessInThe2ndTrimeste: Pregnancy can be associated with "dysgeusia, " the "bad taste problem, " maybe caused by high estrogen levels. It's more common than you might think and can result in no taste or an altered taste, like metallic or bitter or salty. It's said that adding sour will stimulate taste buds. So does MSG. Baking Soda mouthwash, brushing teeth and tongue and frequent rinsing with water will help somewhat.
My body feels itchy. I had this during my pregnancy. Took allerid n felt better. But the itch has started again...Its from head to toe. What to do?
Antihistamine 4 itch: Antihistamines are usually the most helpful medications you can take for itching. You can get benadryl, (diphenhydramine) zyrtec, allegra, Claritin and other ah otc now. Any of these may help itching, but Claritin might be the least effective; results are individual. If the itching continues or worsens over time, see an allergist for help figuring out why you are itching. It could be a disease that needs attention.
Baby girl born yesterday 6pound and 12 inch head circumference. Is her head fine I was told during pregnancy that she might have microcephaly?
Head measures small: Her weight is right around the 5th percentile for a newborn but her head is well below the 3rd percentile. The first head measurement after birth is difficult to rely on as there are things like "molding" (shape changes) from passing through the birth canal to consider. This info has to be put into context with the help of your pediatrician. They are there to assist you, don't hesitate to ask questSee 1 more doctor answer
Always "hairy" d/t my ethnicity but during pregnancy I got tons more body hair. Post partum it remains in excess but hair on head sheds a lot. Causes?
Hair Shedding: Hair shedding after pregnancy is normal and is called a telogen effluvium. The telogen effluvium is caused by your pregnancy.
My arms are going numb and tingling a lot. I'm 21 weeks and I had this with my first two pregnancies. What causes it?
Arm numbness: Sounds like carpel tunnel syndrome. It is fairly common in pregnancy due to swelling in the hands. It is caused by compression of a nerve as it passes from the wrist into the hand. Often worse in the dominant hand but can be in both hands. Can wake you up at night when the hands feel like they are "asleep". Will likely go away after delivery. Try wearing thumb spica splints at night.See 1 more doctor answer
