Anatomy suggests: A problem in the distribution of the mental nerve, which is a branch of the v-iii division of the trigeminal nerve. Not Sure: Without seeing, hard to diagnose. Primary cause would be something you placed on them--new cream, lipstick, gloss, chapstick, etc. Other things might be new cream on hands or anything which touches/rubs the lips.
