Can chronic anxiety cause your body to feel numb and weightless? I feel like I am floating and am not in control of my body. It's causing me more anxiety and panic and makes it worst!
I've had a tremor sense august 2012. I'm a high schooler and loosing control of my body. Normal mri. Still have tremor and its january. Any ideas why?

Not exactly sure: What you mean, as in body/muscle control? If so, as you come closer and closer to maximal effort much of your energy/concentration goes into just gross movement/power production rather than fine muscle control/dexterity. It's like on a treadmill, when you are walking at 3 mph it's easy to dance around the running board, at 10 mph+, it's a totally different story. ...Read more
To control fat you need to reduce caloric intake and exercise to burn fat. A mixed diet of fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts and legumes; low in saturated fats; and no more than one drink a day. Exercise at least 30 minutes each day.
