You did not mention what caused your fever is it a viral illness or flu?Your symptoms may be a manifestation of dehydration due to the fever. Weakness fatigue and palpitation all can be signs of dehydration . Don't jump: Conclusions may be hard to find even with a full exam for causes of your symptoms, but that is what you need to have. Many other causes are at least, if not more, likely than low seratonin levels - especially if you are not particularly depressed.
