Mine have them: All 3 of my children have had nosebleeds from time to time and none have had cancer. Nosebleeds are almost always due to dry noses, nose-picking, dry air, colds, and or can just happen. Cancer is a very rare cause. Unlikely: The nose is covered inside by thin membranes& many capillaries that add moisture to dry air when we breathe. Conditions that irritate the nose, like pollen, dust, smoke etc. Often drive a child to rub the nose or pick it. Given the information you provided, it is very unlikely that you have leukemia. Try to use a little bit of moisturizer on inside of the nose. Use it sparingly and do not try to go deep into the nose. Dry mucosa in the nose may be causing the bleeding.
