Blunt head trauma can cause more serious and urgent conditions which can too manifest with a constant headache and nausea. Nasopharynx: How do you know it "has slowly been increasing"? How many CT scans have you had? Clearly your HA is not related to this "mass" since the HA started after trauma. You need an ENT nasopharyngeal scope and possibly biopsy if it looks suspicious. ...Read more

Likely from aspirin: Occasional bruising on the lower extremities is not unusual
even if you don't remember banging into an object. Aspirin
can interfere with normal platelet function(tiny circulating cells in blood that help your blood to clot if you cut yourself). Some patients will notice easy bruising after using aspirin. This is not unusual.
