What are some complications that can occur after a nasal surgery?

Several

Scarring
The most common complication is bleeding postoperatively. Other complications include septal perforations, scarring, loss of smell and taste as well as possible need for for further surgery. If you include sinus operations the complications there include potential eye injury, brain injury, and brain fluid leak. If your surgeon is very experienced and does lots of nasal and sinus surgery the risk of complication is significantly less.

Dry cough after mildew exposure what can I take. I had nasal surgery dec 4th?

Cough suppressant

Cough
A dry cough without other symptoms can be treated with a mild cough suppressant, such as "DM" or dextromethorphan containing cough syrups. If it persists, produces colored sputum, or includes fever, wheezing or shortness of breath, a doctor evaluation is needed.

Anesthesia can cause urinary retention. Should go to ER to have catheter inserted to relieve urinary retention. Would not recommend to wait much past 8hrs

Infection?

Head-nose
it's a common site of infection, and perhaps he bleeds because he rubs the nose because it either itches or hurt. He does need to see his doctor to be sure and to get treatment

Do not walk. See either a dentist, oral surgeon, or on ER ; ASAP. You should not fool around with home care and advice from"friends".You most likely need treatment and antibiotics. Good Luck
