Cellulitis: Cellulitis is soft tissue infection. Go see your family doc to see if you have an infection of your nose and are in need of antibiotics. In meantime, warm compresses are good if you think you have an infection while cold compresses (or ice packs) are good for injuries. What is pws (http://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/pws)? Possible: If the tweezer had infection and you broke the skin inside your nose you may have transferred more infection of a different type than the original abscess had in it. If the pus came out and now it has refilled with blood and pus , it may be an infected hematoma. (both blood and infection.) let your doctor take a look and start the treatment.
