What to do about dry nasal passages? I have used nasal sprain walgreens ocean spray and still dry for a month off and on. I do have indoor allergies.
Try the following: You can apply vaseline on a qtip to the inside of the nose a couple of time a day. If that does not work, try ponaris (its available online if you can't find over the counter) it is pretty potent and works well when other ointments dont work.
