Nose Sores Cause
I have been getting permanent recurring inside nose sores. Almost a year or less. No flu. No sneezes. Today my nose is bleeding. Should I be alarmed?
Ana 1:320, pain all over, mouth sores, nose sores, extreme fatigue. Pcp thinks lupus, but my dsdna was 1 point away from equivocal. Could it be lupus?

These are caused by bacterial infection, usually staph but can be sreptococcal as well. You need to see your doctor, get a culture done.
