Do black head pads cause scars?

Do black head pads cause scars?

Generally not: Unless you squeeze a blackhead, thus traumatizing the surrounding skin, a blackhead is unlikely to cause a scar. It is simply a plugged-up sebaceous gland where the oil has oxidized, turning dark. Most can be emptied by using hot compresses to loosen the sebum. If you can't do it yourself, see your esthetician or dermatologist but don't squeeze! ...Read more

Can I use a neutrogena acne pads after shaving my head as a hair bump preventer instead of using an actually After shave preventer. For ex (bump patrl?

Stick with soothing: My guess is that the acne pads wouldn't work as well. It seems that shea butter and tea tree oil are the ingredients that contribute to soothing the hair follicles and skin in the After Shave and Bump Preventer (which is really interesting...have never heard of such a thing!). Neutrogena acne pads are intentionally more drying containing alcohol and salicylic acid. Good wishes:) ...Read more

I-pad, smartphone user, left shlderblade/neck pain radiats to shlder/arm, neck pops when turn head to left, smtms shooting pain in head on left side?

Muscle tension: Sounds like you have some muscle tension from maintaining an unnatural posture for a prolonged period of time. Give the devices a rest, or put them on a stand so you don't have to hold them, and use some heat and gentle stretching to relax the muscles. It may take several days to feel better. If not improving after a week, or if other worrisome symptoms occur, then get a medical exam. ...Read more

Virgin18, my stomach and head are killing me. Haven't had my period for 2and half months now. Always see brown things in pad, usually take provera (medroxyprogesterone).

Amenorrhea: If you take provera (medroxyprogesterone) because of a history of not having your period for a time, you have probably been having irregular ovulation, which will result in light spotting ("brown things") . Provera (medroxyprogesterone) over five or so days will result in a menstual like discharge after taking it, in the next ten days. Heavy exercise or stress will cause some women to cease ovulation, hence few mestrual events. ...Read more
