Nose Cauterization Aftercare Brown Marks From Cauterising
Hello,Is it normal to spit dark brown blood from nose through mouth two days after removing the splints from nose..which is reducing my facial pain.
Keep out: Yes, old blood from a procedure may/will be seen. Some of it dries on the lining inside the nose. When our noses run, the dried blood is moistened and will drain as well. It is very important to not put your finger, or tissue inside your nose to try to scrape this out. Pulling this dried blood off the very thin walls can injure the lining and cause a nose bleed. If it bothers you, inhale steam. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Day 7 post circumcision- is it normal for minor bleeding 2 occur through thick black scab on underside of penis?
Circumcision: Surgical incisions may take up to a week to heal. Given the nature of the skin around the glans penis, there could be a small patch of skin that is "necrosing", which is probably the black that you see. If that is part of the remaining foreskin then there is no need to worry as it will just fall off. But if it is part of the normal penis skin, then I recommend having it evaluated by your doctor. ...Read more

Removed cyst from inner calves and wound re-opened after stitches removal. Will it keep bleeding?
Septoplasty, turbinate reduction, adenoid removal 3wk ago. Bumped yesterday, slight bleed & now nose is congested. Surgeon away. Could I have damage?
Bumped Nose: Probably no harm. Usually good idea to take an antihistamine tablet. Be sure to see doctor immediately on his return to rule out hematoma of septum. If your surgeon is away two weeks than should see an ENT doctor within 5 days to rule out possible hematoma of septum, as this must be drained. Do not see emergency room as they are not familiar with septal hematoma. Again, this is rare but important ...Read more
How to remove blackheads from nose añd dark spots of upper cheek below eye area?which cream or medicine I should use?
See a dermatologist: Blackheads are not dirt. They are open comedones: plugged oil glands open to air which oxidizes the sebum in them. They can be mechanically expelled. Depends: Allergic reactions can cause skin hyperpigmentation. Depending on what caused the reaction (contact allergy or hives or irritant reaction or drug rash), the hyperpigmentation may or may not resolve. Hyperpigmetation can fade over time if there is no repetitive skin irritation. Scabbing and oozing can be signs of infection, kindly have the rash evaluated if it doesn't resolve. ...Read more
