No: Nose bleeds are common in pregnancy due to swollen blood vessels all over the body but not usually in the first few weeks. It's not something we see before a period either. Vomiting/ Pregnancy: I think you mean 15 weeks since pregnancy is only 9 months at most. Unfortunately, vomiting in early pregnancy is very common. It can be treated along with treating your nosebleeds that could be as easy as using neosporin to moisten your nose. Check your BP: If the nose bleed is always from the same nostril it could be due to a superficial vessel, or dryness in the nose.
