No: Nose bleeds are common in pregnancy due to swollen blood vessels all over the body but not usually in the first few weeks. It's not something we see before a period either. At this time of year, most common reason would be dryness from heating the home. Humidifier and saline nose spray would be best to try as a first step. If that doesn't help, seek care. ...Read more

Vomiting/ Pregnancy: I think you mean 15 weeks since pregnancy is only 9 months at most. Unfortunately, vomiting in early pregnancy is very common. It can be treated along with treating your nosebleeds that could be as easy as using neosporin to moisten your nose. See your OB, since there are treatments for vomiting that will help you get through this. Usually gets much better as pregnancy progresses. ...Read more
