I don' t know your nortriptyline dose, but i would make sure a blood level is checked several weeks after the wellbutrin (bupropion) is added in to make sure you don't have excessively high levels. NOT SURPRISING: Topamax (topiramate) (sometimes known as "dopeamax") very often causes both speech and cognitive issues due to it's affect on an short-term memory pathway (perforant pathway, ampa). Would advise considering possibly depakote, or Naproxen (not beta blockers or calcium channel blockers).
