Scrotal pearl: Not exactly normal, but almost certainly benign. Scrotal pearls are tiny hard masses, usually size of grain of rice, occasionally larger & end result of calcification of a sloughed appendix testis or appendix epididymis. U may have had episode of scotal pain when such structure twisted & then went away on its own. Still worth scrotal ultrasound to make sure.See 2 more doctor answers
