I have a lot of gas and bloating. My colonoscopy came back normal this past March. Should I be concerned and what can I do to relieve the symptoms?

Not necessarily: I'm not sure why you had a fecal calprotectin performed if you have no symptoms other than cramping. Levels are elevated in inflammatory conditions of the gastrointestinal tract. If you have a family history of ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease a colonoscopy could be considered, but will likely be of low yield without additional symptoms. ...Read more

How likely is colon cancer in 31 year old? Doc said if CT Normal for RUQ pain then colonoscopy next. Is this necessary? No other symptoms
Perhaps not?: Generally speaking, a 31 year old patient with RUQ pain is unlikely to need a colonoscopy, especially if a CT is normal. It would be rare indeed for colon cancer to be causing these symptoms at your age. I assume you've had a normal abdominal ultrasound.
