It is anomalous: formation of a vertebral body. The central portion of the normally relatively cylindrical vertebral body is not formed properly, doesn't reach the correct height, so when viewed from the front, the outside part of the verterbral body fans away from the hypoplastic center, very roughly suggesting butterfly wings. Many causes: There are many causes of chest pain. With your various tests you have eliminated a lot of serious causes.You did not mention testing for any heart problem.
