Sinus probs recur on steroid spray. Using olbas oil, plenty fluids, saline spray 4 days. Mucus white or opaque. Thick. Sinus head pains.

I clean my neti pot with a mixture of distilled water + white distilled vinegar and rinse it out with distilled water. Is this ok? Risk of bacteria?

Is it safe to drop mother milk after a child stops running nose instead of using saline drops as saline drops make the nose dry.
Sure: Sure this is safe, breast milk will not harm your child in any way. If you were putting this just around the outside of the nose where it is irritated, then this might not be a bad idea, since breastmilk has such healing properties.
