Fatigue: These two elements are so vague and could be due to dozens of different things. If it keeps up and/or it is getting worse would go and see my PCP. Otherwise try to ride it out and perhaps it will pass quickly. ...Read more

Temp: Axillary(arm pit) temperatures are not very accurate. The question of fever is probably mute since you describe symptoms of infection where a fever would not be unexpected anyway. You are describing flu like symptoms for the most part. The burning when peeing could be from a urine infection though. Not knowing the patients age or other medical problems, it is probably a good idea to see a doc. ...Read more
