Is it safe to run at slow pace, although heart rate goes into 90% range (190+) after 10 min. Resting heart rate, BP and stress test are all normal. ?
Running pace: Yes. Remember that you calculate the desired heart rate for exercise by the formula: 70% x (220 - yourage) as your target heart rate. Your maximal heart rate is just 220 minus yourage. As long as you don't exceed your maximal heart rate, you should be ok. With continued exercise, your pulse will trend lower during exercise. ...Read more
I'm 70 year old male and workout (ellipse) 30 min/day. Resting pulse of 45 bpm. Can i be compared to a well conditioned young athlete?

And for the heart (unlikely but possible), stress test better than 2D Echo. ...Read more

I'm a 30 year old female and weigh 117 lbs. Each time I take my blood pressure, it averages 136-149/89-100, rest heart rate 77-90. Cause for concern?
50 year old female - take BP couple of times daily to monitor, notice heart rate sometimes only 55 BPM - not fit and overweight, is this concerning?
Chestpressure at random moments (hr remains steady), also rest ECG and excersize ECG are perfect? 22 yo male. Still possible to have cardiac Problem?
4 yr old has normal rhythm heart rate but speeds ups then slows down by about 20 BPM every 10-30 seconds. Also having single and multiple pvcs
Rhythm: it might be OK to have some rhythm rate variation, but we can't tell for sure without seeing actual ECGp or Holter. If he has several PVCs a day then he needs an evaluation by a pediatric electrophysiologist like myself.
