Perhaps vertigo: If you felt as if you were moving, then it could be peripheral vertigo. This causes episodic dizziness, especially after head movement, and it affects people regardless of their overall health. High BP/HR: BP goals have recently been set higher. If consistent, according to guidelines medications should be started+lifestyle modification. Ur elevated hr-multifactorial. Nl hr = 60-110.
