A shield shaped chest with widely spaced nipples is common in Turner Syndrome. Not uncommon: Hi. Breast asymmetry during puberty is not uncommon, and to be quite honest, in adulthood, no two are exactly alike (vive la différence!). So don't worry at this point, and my humble opinion would be don't worry at ANY point. Of course we all understand that there are insecurities during puberty.
